Noreen Quadir is an actress working in theatre, film, TV, commercials, print, voiceover, and audiobook narration. She typically plays soft-spoken, reserved, bubbly, sassy, quirky, and resilient characters in both drama and comedy. She has starred in Off-Broadway and New York plays and several films, some of which have won festival awards. As an activist, she particularly enjoys working on projects that contain strong social messages. 

Noreen received her BA in Theatre at Southern Connecticut State University and studied acting at the Circle in the Square Theatre, improv at the Magnet Theater, and voiceover at Edge Studio. She is trained in Stanislavski, Meisner, and Chekhov.


She is also a writer and filmmaker and has written screenplays, short stories, poems, and a children's picture book. 


During her spare time, she loves reading, dancing, traveling, and volunteering. She also loves animals and is a vegetarian. Her favorite food is chocolate which she indulges in pretty much every day!
